The idea

No datacenter. Just your Pack.

Your laptop. A friend's gaming rig. The mini-PC in the closet. A Pack pools the machines you and your friends already own — wherever they are — and each turn runs on whichever one has room.

  • Direct. Node to node over signed envelopes. No relay in between.
  • Mutual. Joining makes your spare capacity available too.
  • Guarded. The approval gate travels with every turn.

She keeps track of where she is

On small local models Maylyn now uses a compact prompt, modelled on Cline’s, that frees about half the space her instructions took for your work. When she condenses her memory, she keeps the goal, what’s done, what’s blocked, the next step and the files involved, as opencode does. She runs your project’s checker after every change, refuses edits that would break a file, and won’t tick off “fix the errors” while errors remain.

Bring your Pack.

Free, open-source, and yours. Install it, invite the people you trust, and stop renting compute you already own.
