After you install

What happens next

  1. First launch downloads a local model (2–5 GB, once). After that, everyday use works offline.
  2. Chat straight away. No sign-in. You create an account (email + username) only when you start or join a Pack.
  3. Add a cloud key later, if you want. OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Gemini or OpenRouter — it stays in your config, on your machine.
  4. Reach it from your phone by joining a Pack and signing in at hub.maylyn.cloud. No mobile app, no port-forwarding.

Prefer the CLI?

Same engine, with a mouse-first terminal UI. One line to install, then maylyn setup once to fetch a local model. Building from source needs Go 1.25+.
